alright, i was thinking if you guys would prefer
one BBQ pit or two BBQ pits.
this is the breakdown of the pit(hut),
each pit(hut) has a fan, shelter, round table, sink and two grills
yup.
so there are two options,
1. get 1 pit(hut) and we'll BBQ and do everything there.
2.get 2 pits(hut), side by side, BBQ in one(hut), while the other(hut), we could just hang around.
so im asking for the "in your opinions"
also, i was thinking,
how about we have a class outing before the BBQ.
we can go to ECP to cycle/blade,
then underpasss over to my place.
yeah.
or for those who want can have a pool party.
or playgrounds(?)
(just wondering)
oh, and wear something cooling,
BBQ's do get warm and stuffy.

i'll list all the items i can think of that will be needed.
and i'll leave spaces next to them.
here's what you do,
log into the class blog,
can sms me for the user and password,
and fill in your name next to the available spaces.
advised to be:
ONE name PER item/space (for those items in PURPLE)
about TWO or THREE names PER item/space (for those items in PINK)
as normally prices might be a little rough for them, or preparation may be a little tough as compared to the rest.
also, remember, MELAMINE when shopping.
also,also,also.
please try to cater to the class population that would turn up,
as in like,
eg. IF 30 people are going, cater about 30/
yup.
oh and everything brought will be best if it's halal.
also, try to fill your name up for at least one item!

i have doubts on this. why?
firstly, i think im on a holiday then ( no pit, no BBQ)
secondly, even if im not on a holiday, i don't think i will be able to book a BBQ pit a whole month in advance. so that will be a problem.
however, on the lighter note, these are the dates that so far all are free right?
november 2nd, 22nd and 23rd.
december 5th,6th,20th,21st,26th and 27th.
in my opinion, around the 20 somethings of december wouldn't be good dates, as christmas would be ubber busy for me, making me unable to do the BBQ things.
in the meantime, instead of deciding on the dates first, why not we decide on the "who brings what".
i'll do another post on "who brings what" soon.

Here are some of my HUMBLE opinion [LOL, this is just plain crap, ignore it xD]
I would rather have class BBQ instead of chalet
Chalet you need to plan what to do, stuffs like that, and spilt rooms and even plan wet weather activities. On the other hand, BBQ just need to buy food and stuffs, and we don't have to pay much for the chalet too. BBQ we can go to andrea's house maybe? Save us quite some money too. As for the dates any will be fine just not 10-17 noV LOL XP
